Hotel Ealing Common London – A Tried And Tested Facilities Review

If you are thinking about booking a hotel room in London, you’re probably eager to make sure you pick the right one for your needs. I have found in the past that spending a few minute’s reading up on the facilities for each hotel I am considering is the best way to make sure I get it just right!

So with that in mind I have decided to share my review of a hotel Ealing Common I stayed in. It’s called the Cranleigh Hotel and it has a number of things to commend it.

First of all if you are looking for a hotel Ealing Common based, this is one of the best you could pick. It actually overlooks the Common rather than just being in the general area. So if you fancy going for a walk as I did, you’re just minutes away from having a great area to explore.

I also liked the budget aspect of the hotel, although I should stress that it only extends to the actual prices of the rooms. You can book an en suite room if you want one, so you can have your own private bath or shower to enjoy while you are there. I opted for a bath and I wasn’t disappointed, although it’s worth noting that you should always let them know that’s what you want so they can put you in the right room. Don’t assume you won’t have any facilities in a standard room though, because they do provide a washing area for you to use.

This hotel Ealing Common can also offer even cheaper rooms if you are prepared to share a bathroom with one or two other guests. A lot will depend on what your preferences are but I thought it was good to have the choice. I think people who are on a low budget will enjoy having this option.

The rooms themselves are very nice – quite basic but then that’s all you need from a hotel. When I checked into my room I found all the facilities I needed to be able to make myself a cup of tea – and from my point of view that was absolutely vital! I really appreciated having everything there ready to use.

One thing I can really recommend the Cranleigh Hotel on is the breakfasts. If you are used to staying in hotels where you pay extra for the privilege of having something to eat before going out in the morning, expect something different here. They provide their breakfast free of charge – it’s included in the price of your room – so you can tuck in and enjoy it before you press on with your plans for the day. I stayed for a couple of days so I tried the full English breakfast the first day and then had a Continental breakfast the day after. I couldn’t choose between them as they were both very nice!

I should also mention the staff at the hotel Ealing Common, because they were very helpful and they helped me out with some questions I had about the local area too. If you want to know where to eat out in the evenings, just tell them what kind of place you are looking for and they are more than happy to steer you in the right direction.

It was all the small touches that really made this add up to my choice of where to stay in the Ealing Common area. I wouldn’t choose another hotel Ealing Common based as I think I’ve found the best one. And it isn’t just the prices I would go back for – the service and the comfortable surroundings would be near the top of my list as well.
